At Beco, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
